About IntelliS

Built for an industry that can't afford uncertainty

Engineering-driven, project-proven. Not a staffing agency that stumbled into offshore.

17+ years of offshore DNA — not opportunism

IntelliS was founded on a simple observation: the offshore energy industry needed engineering partners who understood the full project lifecycle — not just recruiters who couldn't tell a riser from a pipeline, or a subsea tree from a christmas tree.

We started with subsea and deepwater — the hardest segments to engineer — and built our expertise from the seafloor up. Today, our Kuala Lumpur Design Center delivers FEED through detailed design, our commissioning teams support FPSO projects from mechanical completion to first oil, and our QAQC teams embed across China procurement.

Today, we operate across 10 APAC legal entities spanning 4 countries — Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and China — with active project coverage from the Middle East to Australia. Our track record of 100+ projects delivered isn't a vanity metric. It's the compound interest of showing up every day for one industry.

Four principles that separate us from the transaction

These aren't wall posters. They're operational constraints we build every process around.

PRINCIPLE.01

Engineering certainty

Every commissioning plan, every QAQC inspection, every engineering deliverable is executed to industry commissioning standards and ISO certifications — not improvised. One correct procedure beats ten approximations.

PRINCIPLE.02

Systematic execution

Digital commissioning tools, SCDB integration, and predictive analytics drive every project phase. Our Intelligence Desk monitors project pipelines and engineering workflows — before a single deliverable is due.

PRINCIPLE.03

Full-cycle ownership

From FEED through commissioning to operations and maintenance — we own the engineering outcome. If a system doesn't perform, we diagnose and fix. That's not generosity; it's engineering discipline.

PRINCIPLE.04

Deepwater capability

The harder the project, the more value we deliver. 1,500m water depth subsea engineering experience — structures, pipeline, SURF, and flowlines. We go where the engineering challenge is greatest.

Goal Zero — 17 years, zero major incidents

Safety isn't a slogan. It's an operational constraint built into every process, every contract, every mobilisation.

IntelliS strictly follows the ISO 45001 international standard with a comprehensive safety management system covering HSE procedures, awareness, behaviour, and culture. Our top management personally commits to safety value — from engineering and procurement to HR, finance, and subcontracting.

Four capabilities competitors can't replicate

Most service providers compete on headcount. We compete on structural engineering capabilities built over 17 years — and accelerating.

Subsea Engineering Capability

KL Design Center delivering FEED through detailed design — structures, pipeline, SURF, and flowlines. 1,500m deepwater project experience with multinational engineers and global partnerships.

Commissioning Track Record

15+ FPSO/FLNG commissions supported by teams experienced in industry-standard commissioning methodology. Our management intelligence tools, predictive completion analytics, and cross-project learning — each commission makes the next one faster and safer.

Cross-Border Compliance Scale

10 APAC legal entities across 4 countries, covering Bohai Bay, Yangtze Delta, and Pearl River Delta — built for 28/28 rotation, multi-currency payroll, and emergency mobilization. Engineering projects don't stop at borders; neither do we.

Integrated Service Stack

9 services under one operating system — engineering, commissioning, QAQC, O&M, subsea design, plus staffing, EOR, and logistics. Clients get one accountable partner from FEED to operations.

10 legal entities · 4 countries — one operating system

Cross-border compliance isn't an afterthought — it's a core competency. Every entity is set up for the reality of 28/28 rotation, multi-currency payroll, and emergency mobilization.
